Exchange and Returns Policy
If you purchased a product from our online store but, upon receiving it, noticed a manufacturing defect or were not satisfied with the item, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return.
Exchanges will only be accepted for products with manufacturing defects and not for those damaged by misuse. We also accept exchanges for items that differ from what was originally ordered. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from your order, please follow the steps below:

Notify our team about the issue via email at support@christmasvillageuk.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product within 7 days of receipt. ⚠️ Please note: we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your claim will be reviewed within 2 working days. Once the issue is confirmed, we will contact you by email, and you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund of the amount paid for the product.

Receive a store credit (voucher) equal to the product value, to be used on future purchases.

As soon as we receive the returned package, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. Once confirmed, our Customer Service team will proceed with the option you selected.
