1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

2. HOW SECURE IS MY PURCHASE?
When shopping online with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL page. Your details are encrypted via SSL and sent directly to the card network, where the card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.


3. WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FEES, SINCE YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM OVERSEAS?
No. You will not be charged any additional fees.


4. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
All deliveries are processed using the details you provide at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address due to moving house or any other reason, please contact us immediately at: support@christmasvillageuk.com.


5. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be revised once the order has been processed or shipped. Be sure to use your current address when placing a new order.


6. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and link by email (the same one used when placing your order). Order processing and dispatch usually take 1–5 working days, after which the tracking code will be provided for real-time updates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
